SubAssist - Rotation Timer

TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF THE SIDELINE

Fair game time shouldn't be a headache. Whether you're a parent volunteer or a seasoned club coach, SubAssist is a sub timer and rotation tracker that helps you manage player rotations and ensure equal playing time – without the stress, spreadsheets, or sideline confusion.

Built specifically for grassroots, school, and junior sports where fairness is the priority.

– BUILT FOR ALL JUNIOR SPORTS –

SubAssist works as a rotation timer for any sport with rolling or interchange-style substitutions, including:

Football / Soccer
Basketball
Rugby, Touch & AFL
Hockey & School Sport Teams

If your sport rotates players on and off during play, SubAssist's sub timer and rotation planner can manage it.

– FAIR PLAY MADE SIMPLE –

SubAssist is a youth sports substitution and playing time tracker designed to help you:

Guarantee Equal Game Time: Automatically track minutes for every player
Manage Live Substitutions: See exactly who is due to come on or off next
Track Player Rotations: Avoid uneven play and keep parents happy
Focus on the Game: Spend less time on the clipboard and more time coaching

– SHARE GAME DAY REPORTS –

After the final whistle, SubAssist generates a clear, simple report showing playtime per player, captains, PODs, and the final score – ready to share instantly by email, text message, or straight to your team's TeamReach or WhatsApp group. Perfect for keeping parents in the loop and for club reporting, without spreadsheets or manual write-ups.

– ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS –

Once you've logged a few games, SubAssist starts surfacing smart actionable insights like: uneven playing time, game time trending down for a player, lopsided sub patterns. Catch it before it becomes a habit, not after a parent asks about it.

See player recognition at a glance too – who's been captain or Player of the Day the most, and who hasn't had a turn yet.

– DESIGNED FOR THE VOLUNTEER COACH –

We know most junior coaches are busy parents. SubAssist's sub timer and rotation tracker is built for the "sideline reality":

Fast Setup: Get your team roster ready in seconds
Easy Sideline Use: Large buttons designed for high-pressure match moments
No Manual Math: The built-in rotation timer does the heavy lifting
Handle the Unexpected: A player gets injured mid-game and SubAssist automatically adjusts.
Fairness First: Focused on inclusive play, not just complex stats
