I'm learning Spanish, but I'm interested in Japanese and Mandarin also, so it's great that you can jump from language to language. I hope you intend on building a larger library in Spanish. Some videos don't have subtitles, some Japanese videos are in English or Korean. The subtitles are cut at the wrong part, like, right in the middle when the talker is speaking fast, and it's really hard to follow. The concept is good, but there are too many possibilities for mistake which is bad for learners. I advise implementing a community-driven function where users can give feedback on bad videos or subtitles.

Not so good experience with the app. When I want to translate the other part of the script, it just shows the first part of the script. Please fix this bug make it fast to translate the part which is being played.
