On 04/04, I placed an order for the Pasadena location at 5:30 pm, and told via email that it would be ready by 6:42. Arrived at 6:45, and told there were still 15-16 orders ahead of me (but no time estimate). My order (which was missing items) wasn't ready until 7:30 pm, 2 hours after I ordered. There were NO updates or notifications from the app or the restaurant about the delay. I understand it was busy, but it would have helped to get some updates about the delay. Food was still delicious.

App defaults orders to dtla location-cannot change, edit, cancel, or view order once its placed. The restaurant does not answer calls, they tell you to contact them if you need to by phone, but the entire system is automated information and if you have an urgent issue they ask you to email them. How about you pick up the phone, since I'm already calling about your non-functional app making me drive into downtown instead of down the street
