I have invested in folium venture and suffering now. Their customer care team abuses its customers over phone calls, Imposes penalties on customers even when the issue is from their end (Ex: - They didn't submit the docs onetime for banks to issue loans bcoz of this I couldn't pay the installment on time n they imposed penalty. Imposed additional penalty when asked then to remove the penalty. - Don't allow flat visit until one pays 100% dues)

App is configured with Sumatra as customer to the app Dev team rather than the actual customers. The ticketing system is focused on internal crm status rather than customer actual query status. Tickets gets closed without actual resolution provided to customer which is quite not so intuitive. Happy to update the rating once app becomes customer-centric rather than Sumatra centric!!!

Unable to get notification from day one even when all permissions are enabled. When app is the primary means of contacting CRM and get queries resolved such app behavior seems awful.

Wrong information on demand notes and demand realizing. Financials are something to be taken care with utmost importance.
