I purchased a mobile phone online from Geetha Mobiles. At the time of purchase, they advertised delivery within 30 minutes. However, after placing the order, my transaction was put on hold due to what they described as a “verification issue.” It has now been more than 15 days. The product was never delivered, and my payment has still not been refunded. Customer care initially told me that the amount would be refunded within 7 days, but even after 15+ days, I have not received my money.

Worst experience we had faced, we ordered vivo V60 mobile and status is still showing to deliver but when I contacted to customer care they replayed "mobile is out of stock so, if you need your refund means cancel the order" rudely they replayed....
