As soon as the amount is paid, it says, TGSPDCL is force closed. Do not know the payment is received because, no message is sent as a receipt.

🐛 Buggy Stuck on payment, Selected credit as payment and decided to pay by UPI and the app crashed leaving the request as pending, went to the electricity board office and the reply was linemen will come and collect the payment near individuals home. App crash can be understood but officials taking advantage of the bug in app, is not accepted. Will document the linemen payment collection, if any deviation from what was quoted originally, then necessary action against the app will be taken.

Worst app I have encountered in recent times, when I try to access the request status button, it bounces back to the main screen, is the IT team fixing the app or breaking it, horrible and useless app, better break your heads on the concerned site. It's the same after updating the app today.

There is no power It has been 4 hours since the power went out. We have been complaining about the single-phase power issue for hours, but there has been absolutely no response or proper action. This is extremely frustrating. Such poor service from the government, and even the complaint app is completely useless. What kind of service is this?
