The complaint is always being closed automatically without any resolution. Even after reopening it multiple times (around 10 times), it continues to get closed automatically without addressing the issue.

Worst service, from 4 days there is no power in home. Multiple times I'm complaining to electricity department but there is no proper response and giving fake updates. Without issue resolving they are sending resolved messages.
