Edit: Quick Fixes, Slow Stability: Focus on Billing Errors I've used the Eastern Power app for almost 2 years. Support is excellent, resolving my recurring monthly issues (including billing errors) quickly. However, the app's overall stability is poor. This feedback is urgent: the team needs to shift from reactive customer service to proactive stability improvements to ensure a reliable long-term experience. Thank you The new version is good. Worst app ever used the bill has been paid in the merchant app but the payment in the app shows failed, but the money has been deducted. And the app is not working to raise the complaint the console is blank pls solve the issue

1. Back button doesn't mean exit. 2. If you are able to show hourly import units then why are you not showing hourly export units. 3. where are the past bills to see solar export units and where is the option to view if the discom has deposited the extra export units money or not. All half-baked implementations. You only implement what is beneficial for you not the customers. Looters
