Hello! The app for me is convenient, No need to go out, Pay bills online in a few taps, However I might ask about what does a negative amount means? [Like there'a (-) beside the amount. Since this is my first time seeing it on the app. And what makes it more confusing is the negative amount reflected this month (June) but as I asked some people they all said that JUNE BILL is haven't posted it. I hope you guys can answer this to enlighten my head. TIA

After a year of app developments, the app is still unreliable. Monthly bill postings are delayed. Outage advisories are still unreliable where my account is not tagged to be affected by an outage despite it being affected by a scheduled outage. It has limited and few features. No option to download or request previous 2-5 years bills. No monthly residential rate info feature. Please hire a professional app dev that has extensive experience.

Worst experience ever. Your bill won't send on time, and it'll take long to process your payment. Hassle conversion back to physical copies because it'll take you a lot of time and a lot of people involved. Just bring back our physical copies instead of one-sidedly converting us to online transactions just by wanting to check out in your app. This is a disappointment. Update 2026 nothing changes, it becomes worse. We already paid 2 bills but are still not processed and now undergoing disconnection

I would like to provide feedback regarding the DLPC mobile app. The app is very difficult to update, especially on Android devices such as Huawei phones. Many Huawei users are experiencing problems installing the latest version or updating the app. We hope you can improve the system and make the app compatible with more Android phone models, including Huawei devices, so users can easily update and continue using the application without any issues.
