The residential average monthly rate should be a visible feature on the app and should be updated on time. Monthly bill should be available on time as the bill is generated on every billing date. Dark mode should be available. There should be real time app notification 2-5 days prior every scheduled power interruption. Or if there is an emergency interruption.

I just pay but every time I entered the exact amount of my bill and also the kwh it goes to say that the amount are does not match to record, and we almost got disconnection because no one send the bill, I decide to download this app, so we know how much amount we need to pay.
