Its service is very bad I want to complaint through summer cool app, but it shows error for the 4-5 days I tried for the customer care but after pressing 2 they say our agents are busy again and again and call got disconnected every time I don't know what to do... worst experience with the service I will highly recommend don't buy any product from this company especially cooler.... and this app is worse I am not able to make any complaint it always shows 'There is an error'

Very bad product of summer cool, worst experience of technician and cooler and customer care support. Technician did not call me and technician told to his company that i don't have any issue with cooler but cooler is not starting and fan is not running. I will give suggest to all my relative, family and friend not to buy product of summer cool. I will do complaint in consumer court and if this problem will not solve then I will spread this message on all social media platform.
