Software used to be a Gem when they started but since they have started charging for each and every order their service has gone bad. As soon as the plan is over there no option from app to select a plan and make payment or to select previous plan. The only option is yearly plan which is not what I want, moreover not all medicine range is available on Pharmacy now as not all distributors are listed since they started charging and many distributors have created their own website to place order

Extremely disappointed with Tamaracks new subscription charges 1800 per year for the Platinum plan is simply too expensive for small medical retailers Pharmacy was built around helping retailers, but now it feels like useful features are being put behind a costly subscription Small pharmacies already operate on very thin margins and adding another yearly expense just to access essential features is frustrating

Not customer friendly app...they care of only there profit not proper service provide...only you can use the app if you pay 1800 yearly subscription...there should be monthly low usage plans for less using retailers...
