India's worst wholesale company, can never be trusted. There is no return policy after the delivery is completed. If they make a mistake, they will not accept it and will instead blame it on the customer. They put incomplete information in the listing, customers mistakenly order those items, and then refuse to return them with an unreasonable reason. Bogus platform & their team. Totally frustrated 😞

Udaan se Stock Mt purchase krna Nunki udaan company expaiy stock delivery RTA hai or baad me stock return nhi leti hai 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Please be careful when purchasing stock from Udaan. In cases where expired or near-expiry stock is delivered, there may be difficulties in obtaining a return or refund. Based on our experience, recovering the amount paid in such cases may be difficult. Therefore, always verify the expiry date, return/refund policy, and all applicable terms and conditions

Very poor experience with Udaan. Ordered on 9 Aug, delivery was scheduled for 11 Aug, but the driver refused to deliver saying the road was bad, even though other vehicles use the same road daily. I contacted support, but cancellation was refused. On 13 Aug, I was told the shipment was returned after “2 delivery attempts” — which is completely misleading. 3 days wasted due to Udaan’s failure, and now they advise prepaid orders. Extremely disappointing service.
