We have been at the medical store for more 6 years everyday we are ordering the medicines but not delivering us properly The distributor. We submitted a licen 1 month before license renewal they took more than months. Every tim we need to call and ask when ordered medicines will be deli. If we call the manager responding and the deli person not ready to come. If we call customer care they are not giving proper guidance. There is no proper communication channels to reach out.

Sabse fatiha service hai. Customer care bhi nautanki baj. Na koi timetable. Delivery time fix nahi hai. Or apni mn mani karte hai. Kisi Karan. 1 call na uthay to order. Cancel kr dete hai. Inke Baroda nahi hai. Isko bahishkar karo.

Agent visted to our shop and ordered gajraj 3 rice bags, and they have shared low quality rice and I have raised complaint and after 6 days they are saying that their quality team has cancelled the request as they don't seem any issue and now customer care says they can't do anything At least they can't connthe call to manager or their QA team, and now they are saying deal with your sales agent only we can't do anything
