Interface is easy, clear and what we need is already in home screen, Whatever Live channels we subscribed in Sun Direct DTH can be watched in this App also. Dedicated Partner Apps page is awesome comparing to other OTT apps. Just like Sun Direct DTH box the appearance is crisp and simple.

It's very disappointing that you have removed Sony liv and Jio hot star from your OTT plans. You are now providing a few OTTs that are not so popular for the North India region. How many customers love to take news9 plus app content with 79/month? Please include more OTTs in your plans that users love to see. You have added Times Play OTT but excluded the Live Tv channels in Sun direct Go app. Also, gradually removing others Live Tv from the application. Plz review all this issues.

Hi I'm sun direct user, this is very useful app I can see live channel with high quality all are good but only one disappointment search engine is not working if I search correct name of the tv channel without capital letter mistake also that not showing the channel, then I have gone to live tv channels category that channel is there but in search engine that shows "couldn't find what you are searching for?" please update the search engine on smartphones.

Can't log in sun direct website. Can't log in sun direct app. Unable to recharge my dth account. Their customer care is not responding to the calls. Sun Direct is the worst dth service provider in india 🤡
