I saw the item I wanted to rent but couldn't tap on it or anything else, the screen constantly refreshes and gives and error message that says "sorry our wires got crossed, please call xxxxx". Went through that about five times but just the same thing. If it's not working by this weekend when I want to use an item I'll head to Home Depot and just forget Sunbelt
