I would give it a 5/5 only if Scout would work properly when I look or claim updates. All Scout says is: "Sorry, I'm still learning..." but prior to last Wednesday, Scout worked like a charm, what's going on? Overall, great app, great help, just please fix Scout

I'm trying to log a claim for food spoilage post ex TC Alfred. The app had completely frozen. I downloaded the app on my phone ... apparently the insce policy number I entered was recognized as other than home and contents. I was diverted to an equally useless webpage. You wanted a review, here it is. Completely fkn useless!!! I'll be ringing Suncorp insurance in the morning. It won't be a pretty customer contact call.

Used to work well but now when I log in it just gets stuck on consider changing your password page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and changed my password on my laptop. Still can't use the app on my phone. Useless app.

Can't book a hire car as the date selector doesn't open. Started a chat and then asked for the policy and claim number which I have to exit the chat to get; AND can't copy them using the app, so I need to write them down for the future chat I cannot leave, or it will close.
