I commute daily on the train going to and from Work. Sometimes I can catch the bus to the train but most times I have to ride the 3-mile bike ride to the train from my house. It is disheartening when you worked so hard to get to the train, and It pulls up as you're finishing your transaction in the conductor doesn't want to wait and pulls off when you. That 30 minute or 60 minute wait for the next train can cost you your job. They should have to wait at least 60 seconds before they pull Off.

Awful! Tried creating an account, it only states "something went wrong". Won't say what went wrong, just ends the process.

The Sun rail service is great, but the application is horrible. Makes you change your password Every time you need to sign in and takes hours to receive the password reset email. You have to sign in outside the app to see the balance on the card. The web interface is even ten times horrible. You have to get a degree to learn how to add the sun card to the account, add money to the sun card and how to set up autopay. No intuitive at all.

And now I can't even use the app. I try to go on and still crashes. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and still keeps crashing.
