Even though it took me a few attempts on each step to complete the process and the application crashed few times in a row - it is still cool that you don't need to go anywhere to sign everything

It's the best app I have seen and use for contract signing. It's mega practical and easy to use. No waist of time going to the stores. Congrats to Sunrise for this service,

I had to restart my phone (Galaxy Note 9) and scan the code first to get it to work

Terrible app! Doesn't work properly. Very slow for the scanning and video parts. No contract loaded for forever, then restarted everything with scanning the QR code instead of clicking on the "start" button from the e-mail. That seemed to help but still problems with signing the PDF contract. Only after I don't know how many tries, it finally went through. (well, I hope it did at least, waiting for some confirmation now....)

I am not able to user your ID checker app. I had to try at least 30 times until my document was finally accepted, and then after the video I was not able to replay it. I tried several times, so I guessed maybe the video was ok, and sent it to you. And then I receive an email saying the video was not good. Not even the feedback form worked!
