I am not able to user your ID checker app. I had to try at least 30 times until my document was finally accepted, and then after the video I was not able to replay it. I tried several times, so I guessed maybe the video was ok, and sent it to you. And then I receive an email saying the video was not good. Not even the feedback form worked!

Terrible app! Doesn't work properly. Very slow for the scanning and video parts. No contract loaded for forever, then restarted everything with scanning the QR code instead of clicking on the "start" button from the e-mail. That seemed to help but still problems with signing the PDF contract. Only after I don't know how many tries, it finally went through. (well, I hope it did at least, waiting for some confirmation now....)
