This application is a waste of time. I installed the application and set fingerprint as my authorization method it kept on saying 'fingerprint mismatch' and I used the same fingers which I registered on my phone. Also, I tried to transfer from my account after I switched PIN method. It showed 'transfer successful' yet my account wasn't debited, and the other account wasn't credited. I don't think anything good will come from ENTRUST BANK. You also have the WORST customer service in the world.

Please what kind of useless bank app is this? I can't log in to my account because I updated? What the hell?! I can't access my money and this is supposed to be my salary account? Please you guys should rectify, or how can I go back to the version I was using we earlier? This version is trashier than the one I had earlier
