This bank has the most slow and very poor customer support service, for almost a month now I have been sending you a mail regarding my inability to log in to my mobile app. But no proper response and resolution till date.

Sun Trust is it that you people are too much of 419 that you won't even allow me to transfer or use the little money I opened my account with in 2025? If you doesn't allow me to access, transfer or use my money to even load airtime on my phone, how will I think of putting more money in my Sun Trust account? Are you people that greedy? Since last year. I believe it's my money. Stop being annoying, let me access my money.

Very useless bank and a useless set of customer care, my phone developed issue I restore it and downloaded another Sun Trust app I tried logging in, and it's telling me unrecognized device I contacted their good for nothing customer care and I was told to write a letter which I did to the bank manager yet till today I cannot loggin they expect me to write a letter every month just to withdraw my salary, i rate your useless app one star just to enable me write down this comment
