Sunwing/west jet confusion. Two different apps for 1 trip was very confusing and more work than 1 needs to do on vacation and in the start we ended up with a swoop plane. If you are going to have an amalgamation please do a total amalgamation.

We flew during the transition from Sunning to West jet. There was some confusion about ehat was included (baggage, for example) but overall we had a great experience. Super flights, great staff during the flight, at the airport and resort.

Paid an extra $174 to Sunning for window seats and did not get the seats I paid for. West jet puts you wherever they want. Both of their websites make it impossible to get your money back. Frustrated and disappointed, and out $174.00 for a Sunning extra undelivered. We were put in the back of the West jet plane, and they ran out of food by the time they got to us. Poor, poor service folks.

I booked through red tag for a friend and when I received the confirmation, I quickly noticed somehow the wrong hotel was listed. I called them right a way, only to be told by both red tag and Sunning I would lose 3/4 of my money as I did not buy their insurance. I then rebooked using another site, ok right hotel same price as original (yes lost 3/4 of first trip) celebrating my 60th birthday. I went on Sunning just to make sure everything WAOK. Nope they seem to have cancelled the wrong hotel

Vacation in Mexico was good. West Jet flights are terrible. They used to be good, but they truly suck now. Never on time and always a lame excuse. Will not use West Jet or Sunning Vacations again.
