Bought a new car and swore this time I will keep it clean It's near my house and able to zip right in and always get a stall with a vaccum.Never have I had to wait .The employees are wonderful,I locked my keys in my car when I was vacuuming and they got my door unlocked - life saves p.s. the towels are the best I have seen at a car wash and if yours is empty they are right there to fill it ,they also supply a great size wet towel to use on the inside just the right size and wetness.

Unable to purchase or load a prepaid wash code. The prepaid washes tab is perpetually in loading status. I performed all the troubleshooting I knew of with no success in resolving the issue. Force stopped & restarted app. Logged out & back in. Uninstalled and reinstalled, page is STILL loading. I attempted to contact the developer to resolve without leaving a bad review, buuuuuut I am unable to reach them, got a returned undeliverable message. I give up.

Before I was able to log in and out but since I am a member now I linked my license place and member Id to my log in. And now when I try to log in the app to access my rewards and savings it tells me that it sent me a verification to the phone number associated with your account, but never received it. I called them and they said everything you've given me is all the same and matches. They said to try logging back in, in the next 30 min. I tried still same issue. So please fix this error.

App never works correctly. Just spins on prepaid washes and never loads. I've never tried purchasing anything in the app because I doubt that I will be able to get credit for it.

The redeemable purchases screen is not loading so can't use points or get a pre-paid wash. Please fix.
