I've given Super meal so many opportunities despite the awful service I consistently receive, but now I've had enough. The service is truly abysmal. There are literally no more than 10 places in here to order from. When you place an order, you basically end up having to phone the restaurant to get them to accept the order as the order just sits on pending otherwise. Customer service is a total joke, I waited over an hour on chat and never got a reply. Do not bother wasting your time with this app.

When I confirmed the order and clicked on the checkout option it said a verification code will be sent to your contact number/email address, but it never received, their contact numbers are also fake because When you call these numbers you get an error message saying "Sorry, the number you want is not valid". No matter how many times you send your problem to their customer support address, there is no response. I advise everyone to never download this dirty bogus cheep app, I give it zero rating
