Pathetic app. This app requires every family members to have mobile number. Moreover, OTP doesn't come even after 10 attempts.

Worst app. It didn't work properly. But the Institute is one of the best diagnostics.

The app is of no use. Booked a test 3 - 4 days ago using the app. But home collection is still in pending mode. Customer support saying that they have no access to the app data so the order ID in app is of no use for them. They promote a WhatsApp number which also not work. No response after 4 days. Finally, booked the home collection for a test over the ph, and when called the provided ph no, the person shared that he collects only blood and support says that there is an error.

Please discontinue this app if you cannot enable basic services like test price check, booking and Doctor's consultation booking. Tried booking echo (2d), couldn't because app is searching and searching.
