The newest design is not that practical. To charge the battery the outlet is at the bottom on the battery ...means you have to release the battery from the strap. Top of battery connects to the boot so that stays connected.

Can no longer pair the Sure foot Heaters to Samsung S8 after 2 weeks of working fine. How do you put these Heaters back in Pairing mode, so I can reconnect via Bluetooth to phone? Sure foot App offers no control to re-establish connection to Heaters.

Dropping my rating to one star until the bug in the app is fixed. The app previously connected both batteries to my phone and allowed for easy control of the heat settings and monitoring of batteries. The updated app looked to be an improvement, with remaining battery shown as a number/percentage and with even finer control over heat settings; however, the app will now only connect/bind to one battery and keeps throwing up an error message saying that the batteries need to be reset.

Extremely buggy. Unable to connect to the batteries most of the time, crashes a lot. I've never gotten both heaters to pair at the same time.
