The idea is great. However, it lacks maintenance, both to their swap stations and battery quality. Oftentimes, the battery inside is severely damaged

Very bad product & service. My battery has swallowed by the charging station. And took almost 3 days to resolve. The CS team took very long time to respond (may take 2 hours), and during that time, we must wait in front of their swap station, otherwise the chat will be closed, and we must start over from beginning. So pity!
