Amazing company, helpful employees, great product, and fair prices and subscriptions. I've been a client for years, first in the Netherlands and now in Belgium, and the standards they have are really high. Broken light, flat tire, or need a basket? You just go there or make an appointment, and they'll fix it immediately, no bad faith questions asked, no extra charges, no bureaucracy. I am critical of a society where people no longer own things anymore and just rent, but Swapfiets is the exception!

Doesn’t even deserve one star! After being a loyal customer of Swapfiets Brussels for 10 months, I returned my bike — only to be charged for two extra months for no reason at all. Their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with in Brussels: rude, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. I was even thinking of renting a bike from them again someday, but after this experience? Absolutely never. Tip: if you return your bike becarefull from hidden unjustified extra charges.

The App is quite decent unlike their service. Sorry to say, the Swapfiet has the shittiest bike service compared to other services. They made me pay 1 Month extra even after 6 months contract, which they say it's company policy. And then when I used the bike for the remaining days the next month they charged me 6 Euros out of nowhere and the next month again charged me 58 Euros. And when I complained about what they did. They literally say they cannot do anything about it? Like seriously?
