Love her workouts! I have tried a bunch of different ones, and she always gives that feeling of a great workout. I'm a beginner and have to stop frequently for breaks but am I working my way towards no breaks. The app is great, I was following her on YouTube but this is so easy!
★★★★★
One of the best Pilates instructor and workouts I've ever tried. I feel so good after doing it! Callie is realistic and doesn't make goals one can't achieve. The focus on building strength and overall acceptance of how our body is the highlight for me each time I come back to work out with sweaty studio!!
