This app is part of a service alongside Swim club Manager's website. We use it all the time at our swim club where I coach and manage the IT. The ability to manage club fees, swimmers' attendance, P.B.'s, entries for meets and galas, communications with stakeholders, is great. There's a lot more too, but you can see it on their website. The developers are really responsive to fixes and requests for change. New versions come out frequently with details of what has been fixed or added.

I have an issue with my app where there is a gray box at the bottom of my screen saying subscription not active. But when clicking for more details it doesn’t get rid of the box. This means that I can click anything that is displayed under the box.

Since the last upgrade if my swimming club emails me through Swim Club Manager that contains an attachment e.g. a PDF. Then the app either displays an error message or does nothing when attempting to open or download the attachment. If I try to download the attachment through the website instead I also get the same problem. The same problem happens on Android (version 12) and the latest version of ios.

I have been using this app for years. It was always easy to use, providing a cut down version of the full website version of SCM. This was ideal to do simple tasks at swim sessions like logging attendance. But recently the app has changed to (in effect) simply open the full SCM website. Even though in theory this means you can do the same tasks and more, in practice this is difficult to use and overcomplicated when you're at a swim session. Bring back the old App user interface please!
