I had this app a year ago, and it had no bugs and was working perfectly fine, it was easy to use, and I liked it. But at the beginning of this summer season, the app was having issues. Everything was blank except the things that were in account. I had no passes, and I didn't know what to do. But when I contacted Michele, she then contacted the support line. Lukas took the time to resolve the issue unsuccessfully. I was very pleased that he called back today and was able to take care of it.

We been trying to use this app for 2 years in our community pool. The application just does not work. You need to update it, still does not work, you totally remove it, then re-install it. Then you apply for the passes. Then the whole info disappears. And you need to do it again. Now it cannot even find the community. I have an MBA in Information systems. And been struggling with this app for 2 years. It looks like a one-man show fixing bugs at a snail pace. Hope you don't have to suffer it

Ravens Crest pool manager Owner Tom won't even approve our requests, the owner made us pay the fines yet doesn't let us enter the place anyway just because. He's too lazy to approve the pass yet is still charging us fines. Won't even update the app to work on different mobile devices and says it's a problem. Not lieing a lot of people aren't being allowed and are treated the same.

I Uninstalled last year's app and downloaded app again per management. It worked the 1st time. When I went back into the app all my info is gone, just the blue screen that says pool entry and it's blank. I again uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it says I've used the allowed amount on my device. So no pool pass and no human to speak to. Your app is a fail
