This app and the total service is excellent. It's easy to use and set up but if you make mistakes you can get ring up or request a call back from the team. I made few mistakes with my settings but the service assistants Zoe, and Sarah were so patient and went out of there way to help me get my service exactly how I wanted it., I've read a few bad reviews on here, but I don't lie, and I wouldn't make a review on a service if is didn't warrent it. 5 Stars from me

Terrible! As one user said that if you go off the app screen, other party can't hear you audio is muted.... Iv also noticed by testing that it automatically answers my calls if it rings for a while and you don't answer. Which is very bad. You don't want to in the toilet when that happens. Last but not least if you try to hang up or reject a call it don't.hangup up button does not respond.it keeps ringing and ringing and if you leave it GUESS WHAT without your consent it answers the call,

I thought this free app you are available for the phone numbers we already have ? Take me all day to try and login with my desktop login details. So I assume it's not free you have to buy a voip package first ?.
