It totally uninstalled my account / app from my phone altogether, and I had no clue until I finally realized at the end of the day that my phone hadn't been ringing. I went through the entire process of switching it to a different phone doing the QR code a billion times over and over till it finally took and then for it to just disappear off my phone like it never happened! I am extremely upset.
