Terrible first experience. Placed an order at 7pm. Only got a call at 9 that my order is on its way. A few minutes later, the app tells me my order has been cancelled. I call back the number, and the driver that was on his way is now "still waiting for the order". Called 30 minutes later, call was picked up and just as I spoke the call was cut. Now the phone is off and I'm starving.

This was my first time using this app and their delivery service is absolutely terrible. I waited for almost 2 hours on my order, called the rider several times and got no response. After contacting the support team and sorting things out, the rider eventually updated the app and said he was on his way. Even after the rider called me to tell me he was around, I still waited outside my building for an extra 10 minutes and my food was cold. I deleted the app instantly
