A straight forward process as I completed my first order, and the order arrived soon after that, I'm extremely impressed. The cash on delivery payment method being the only payment option for now makes sense as trust must be built with the customers. A card payment option should be available soon though. The customer's location should be precise and the driver shouldn't have to call and ask for directions still, even though the customer provided his/her location details.

I made an order, they told me all the riders cancelled after about 40 minutes of waiting then they said they'll refund me and the refund can apparently take up to 4–5 days.

Horrible. App is a mess, estimated delivery times are made up, and no one to contact for support or tracking your order. You have to call in and bounce between the restaurant and the transporter. Don't bother with this app or business, it's a joke. By the time the order gets to you, you will have long forgotten you made an order.
