Ones Bluetooth/ android auto is connected to my truck the swoop doesn't make noise when a tow job is requested, only works when Bluetooth is not connected, tried everything can't get it to work, any help?

After the new updates, this app completely sucks. When you take a picture, the camera freezes or pauses for several seconds before it takes the picture. You have to stand there and hold it till it's done. Biggest problem our phones will not receive any notifications after the new update we have Uninstalled and installed several times for one of my drivers that is on dispatch mode, and he has no idea he is getting calls unless he stares at his phone all day. Crazy a new upaldate has caused problem

Notifications don't seem to be working anymore, have missed a bunch of calls affecting our performance calls, in turn lowering our call volume when it's not our fault it's the swoop system failing us. Please fix!

It's incredibly frustrating that it auto updates to towing, I can be a few hundred feet away from the listed pickup, picking up the vehicle at the actual pickup, and it will update itself forcing me to set it back to on scene, and not being able to upload pictures from phone storage is an issue with no service at pickup locations
