There the fastest most reliable kindest funniest greatest most beautiful people I've every delt with and that's nothing compared to the thousands of other people you've helped in the past, and I am truly grateful to be a part of it.

It's incredibly frustrating that it auto updates to towing, I can be a few hundred feet away from the listed pickup, picking up the vehicle at the actual pickup, and it will update itself forcing me to set it back to on scene, and not being able to upload pictures from phone storage is an issue with no service at pickup locations

★☆☆☆☆ Ray Ray · Jan 7, 2025

Since the new update I can no longer use my phone it's telling me upgrade my phone. There is nothing wrong with my phone it works fine and so did the app until this update. I'm not buying a new phone just to use your app.

92% loss of job volume following acquisition of Urgently. Aggro/Swoop as usual claim all systems good, must be provider issue. If you sit idle because of no work for more than 2 minutes, Swoop does NOT collect your location again until you move 200 meters, then Aggro lowers your call offers because you didn't have "pre-dispatch" location. And someone thinks market value is $20.00 no mileage for service calls. (That hasn't been market value since 1986)
