A modern & intuitive app that makes banking on a device straightforward. I love the instant payment technology and value the option of seeing my balance without having to log in. The security features are excellent and I like being able to lodge my overseas travel plans into the app so the bank can help protect me against fraud whilst I'm out of the country.

The app barely works. I often can't even get it to the log in screen. It just goes round and round and round. Very frustrating when you want to check the balance or make a transfer between accounts when away from home. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times with no difference.

This app has not worked properly since bank name change & everything I ring bank to tell them they make out it me or my phone. Well I now have a new phone & it still doesn't work. I have to restart my phone everything in order for app to work. Its disgraceful. I wish they would fix it & when they fix it make it so it shows pending purchases like it used to with SCU so you not what has not been spent yet. Not a happy customer of 30 years.
