Living in regional NSW the App gives me all the details of the game, have been a Swan supporter since their first game in Sydney before then was a keen Rugby League fan, but fell in love with AFL first live game I saw, was a Syd resident until moved to the country in 1997, saw every home game while I lived in Sydney, now 79 yrs old, a pensioner, and the app is my lifeline to the Swans. I miss seeing them live.

Every time trying to get member tickets in the app is a painful process, has been like this for the last few years. Today on match day I am unable to access my tickets at all. This app is hands down the worst experience for managing tickets - I dread it each game having to use it. Have lost count of the number of times I have had to delete and reinstall. Swans pass members cannot transfer tickets to someone else - makes no sense. Terrible start to game day (again!). No idea how it gets 4.1 star

The ap is very poor and reflects badly on Swans from my perspective. As a season ticket holder it always a punish trying to log in. The Ap often crashes, or you have uninstalled and reload to get through. There is a ridiculous tie-in with Ticketmaster, meaning you need to also log in to Ticketmaster to get access to the Swans as a Ticket holder. It has been this way for the past three seasons and has not improved. THE Ap on my phone. Come on Swan get it sorted.
