I've been using this app for several years. One complaint that has sent me shopping for a different tracker. Check in has become unreliable. When I try to record taking meds, often the app becomes unresponsive. Then my daily report may show no entry or multiple entries for medications.

It is a paid app with 7 days free trial. You must subscribe to use the free trial and if you forget to unsubscribe in 7 days you will be charged.

If you are looking for a free app, don't bother, it is hard to set up because you are constantly getting redirected to the paid version. The free version only monitors 3 symptoms, basically the free version is pointless. I have deleted this after using it for less than 30 mins
