My company was bogged down with paper submission. Between that and getting test submitted just a lot of time wasted. We knew we weren't working at an optimal efficiency, but didn't have a way to fix it. SNCTA was that fix not only saving us time but money on the testing and the administration side of the business.

Please fix the bug. We cannot use the app and our season is approaching. The value of the subscription is greatly diminished without the app.

Used this app for months, now it will not open, says the app has a bug. I've tried restarting my phone to no avail. The message my phone says is try reopening the app once the developer fixes the app.
