It does what it says. It's not silent, but I'm not too bothered by it. One issue is it doesn't send DST. You can work around by setting the timezone override, but the timezone you have to override to makes very little sense. I set it to ETC/-1GMT to get it to advance my clock forward 1hr for DST. It would be better if there were a checkbox to send the flag for DST as my clock picks that up and even changes the timezone to indicate DST. I tested and confirmed the real WWVB signal sends DST state.

This app is truly silent when it is generating its WWVB time signal, unlike the free apps. You can run this app on your phone/tablet and be in the same room with it without going deaf. I use this app to sync wall clocks from La Crosse and Geevon when the real WWVB signal is weak. The only con is that its generated signal is weaker than those from the noisy free apps, so the watch/clock will need to be closer to the phone/tablet to pick up the signal. It's the trade-off for no loud beeping noise.
