DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON IT YOU WILL REGET IT. WE LOST $10,000 USD WITH THEM. TDispatch is the worst app and CRM in the world, its just a RUBBISH SCHOOL PROJECT. The whole system has too many bugs. Driver app doesn't display the information correctly, neither it dispatches the job to the driver, GPS Navigation doesn't work properly. CRM has too many bugs, it keeps showing the job dispatched, but drivers never get it. It has no cancellation fees option so a customer can book and when a driver arrived they cancel it, and there is nothing you can do, driver's data gets missing from CRM for no reason. If the customer changes the destination, there is no way you can charge the client. Passenger app has poorly designed screen not even designed for Retina Display, keep missing driver's picture, this is a school project. We are now seeking a full refund from TDispatch and will take them to court. This company will never help you grow. They are A NIGHTMARE you don't want to have. We tested the app for whole eight months and then we finally moved to another company, and we are now active in 144 countries.
