The instructions are very vague on activating the device. When you click on "activate device" it switches to a screen showing a RED BAR. Above the red bar is a generic password you will delete to create a new password. Then below it, you have to re type that password to Confirm it. After creating the new password, type the new password in the prompt box and tap Confirm. If the device doesn't appear turn the device off, on, re-connect and re-open the T-vision app. AGM needs better instructions!!!

Room for improvement. But it works great with my AGM TS25-256. It works. It was tricky to set up. I had to go through the steps several times in the end I figured out it was my VPN was trying to connect to the scope. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE: 1) the app should record sound. 2) landscape mode where the full screen is the video. Thanks. I currently screen record the app, so I can have sound but it recorders vertical. Go landscape and line the icons on the bottom! Thanks

App Shuts Down Immediately Upon Connecting. App used to work with my AGM Asp-Micro. Doesn't know. No response from developer. Make one that works and sell it if you want to get paid. Everyone who tried this one probably still needs one.

Cant get it to recognize activation Had the TC35 and now the TC50. Software does not work with either thermal. Talked to the AMG techs several time. They suggest returning the units since the software in inoperable.

Opens up to connect to scope then program closes down

I turned on the hotspot on the camera. I reset it, I used the thermals serial number than required for the Wi-Fi, then re-entered it again to log in & connect to the camera as directed. As soon as it log in's, the app closes unexpectedly. I have tried it on 5 devices hoping to get it to work - but each time, I am faced with the same faulty app shut down error. I wrote the company. No response. Now, I have a thermal camera that is basically useless for what I was going to be using it for... HELP!
