User ID and PIN
Your User ID and PIN are created with your Tachomaster worker record, which in turn is created the first time you read your driver card into Tachomaster. If this is your own company you will find the details at the bottom of your record on the web site at Tools > Add / Amend > Amend Worker Details, or top right in the software at File > Open > Worker.
If not your own company then please refer to a Tachomaster admin at the company you work for, we are not able to supply them for security reasons.
Recent changes: Add Letter signing through the Infringement/Letters (when "generate link" has been used from Tachomaster) Change Leave Request calendar to start on current month instead of next month Add driver card reader - limited release

He was logged In then suddenly logged me out and won't let me back in now a worried about infringements on my card as was working on the app please advise as what to do

The app isn't working correctly, and I have not had an update in ages. I can't check infringements. It just keeps loading sort it out.

Older version was a lot better for me when I logged in. I could see a detailed account of all driving, working and rest periods for each day for each vehicle I drove. Ie 46 minute work, 1-hour drive, 10 minute work, 15-min drive, 7 minute work , 25-minute drive , 16minute break, 33-minute drive, and so on. Now it only shows full drive time, full work time, full rest period. Also by tapping on each day of cal lender this information was displayed for each day. Would prefer if this update version could be rolled back to show the old display

While this a useful application, it does not comply fully with WTD rules. If the average working time is greater than 48 hours then the maximum working time for that week should not exceed 48 hours, otherwise the average time/week will increase. Tachometer calculates that 60 is the maximum available working hours for every week regardless of whether the average time is being exceeded. With regard to contacting your feedback address, Tom has refused to answer any of the points I have raised.
