Every time I try logging into tracheae after a long time they always tell me my email is not found

The app doesn't allow u transfer to another bank that uses the same number as the one you used to register in the app, also I logged out and uninstalled because the app just went blank when I open it and when logging it will show email required y I already have an account and there is nowhere to rewrite it. Horrible app
