FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A PLACE
Browse verified listings across the country, each with a rating and live availability status. Use price and property-type filters, or tap "Near Me" to search by your current location. Every listing shows honest basics for free; a one-time KES 50 fee unlocks the full picture — exact location, owner contact and amenities — permanently, so you never pay twice for the same listing. Once you've unlocked a place, message the owner directly inside the app to ask questions or arrange a viewing.
FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
List Airbnb stays, apartments, houses, plots, or commercial units in minutes, then manage everything from one dashboard. Add your buildings to Tenant Manager, assign tenants to rooms, and track rent and due dates without a spreadsheet in sight. Onboarding a whole building at once? Import your tenant list straight from an Excel file instead of typing it in one by one. When rent comes in, generate a PDF receipt or statement and share it with your tenant on the spot.
PAYMENTS THAT JUST WORK
TafTaf is built around M-Pesa. Unlocking a listing triggers an STK push straight to your phone via Safaricom's Daraja API, so there's no card number to type and no waiting on a bank. Your M-Pesa PIN never touches TafTaf's servers.
