I guess there isn't a specific app for Take 5 Oil Change, so I will have to leave the review here. This is for the Smyrna location on Spring Road. On a Friday afternoon I was expecting there to be a long line, but there was only one car in front of me! The reason was because Ben and the rest of Bay 3 were killing it, getting them in and getting them out with efficiency! The other bays were a close second. Appreciate that for sure!

The app is rather useless to me since it appears to only earn rewards in Arkansas (AR). It would be a big of a drive just to change my oil. Maybe if you make South Carolina part of it, it might be doable. Going to have to uninstall.

I called them about cost on full synthetic oil. "We have a $20 coupon", cool, thanks. I go, ask about the $20 off on the oil. The guy said nothing. Does the oil, then says there is no coupon unless they send you one. Paid full price. I looked at the receipt and there os a list of things they check. Tires were not checked, Windshield wasn't cleaned, transmission level wasn't checked, and the air filter was not check even though they said they did. Store #0068, 1198 N Plano Rd. Richardson Texas.

Says, I don't service a 2014 Ford Focus will I try adding my car to the app, yet they do and have for years. So I'm no longer going here. That's for sure!!!!
