I couldn't get a keyboard teacher for 3 weeks now after my daughter took a two months break due to hand fracture...even now there is no resolution...the classes are scheduled, and then we join the class and wait for the teacher to come but no one appears... Earlier experience was good with the teachers, but there is real problem with management of the courses and assigning teachers.

The talent gum is absolutely USELESS & TERRIBLE system. 1. Teachers are just tardy here. Don't join on time and end classes early. 2. No follow through the curriculum. No progress to show and no progress to follow up 3. Talent Gum has no system to address complaints and no support at all. All you need to do is keep on complaining on a WhatsApp number, and they give 1 line responses-all is well 4. Absolutely suggest all parents to stay away. Best to save your money and your child's time
