The Talent Now App simplifies the recruitment process, seamlessly matching Centres with fully vetted casual staff. Educators have the flexibility to work where they want, when they want.
For Educators
Talent Now provides the flexibility to find casual work easily. Educators set their availability and travel radius and receive job notifications on their mobiles. Jobs are accepted with a single click.
For Centres
Centres post casual job vacancies 24/7 and enjoy complete control over the recruitment process. Our advanced technology matches candidates with jobs, based on qualification, location, availability and rating. Centres quickly find the best candidates for the job, while making substantial savings on agency fees. Also, Centres have the power to invite back favourite Educators and block staff that aren’t the right fit.
Talent Now takes the hassle out of recruitment, allowing Centres and Educators to focus on what they do best – educating and caring for children.
