Easy to use for booking a trip to and from Tallinn to Helsinki. Very useful notifications also in relation to boarding / disembarking. Can recommend.

Tried to pay for a booking change, but it didn't work - app never opened Banked and just failed on timeout, and button "Open Banked app" didn't work either. Manually opening Banked did not help. I have one of the most common Android phones on the market... Do you ever test your app? Also, there's no way to report bug from within the app, as it seems.

When entering trailer license plate number and pressing "save", an error pops up saying to check network connection. Everything was checked multiple times, tried mobile data and Wi-Fi, doesn't work neither on the App nor via website. As if on purpose to make us pay €20 at the live check-in.
