I'm not going to lie This is a very smart idea IDK if there are other apps like this out there, but it's a very good idea for communicating when you need assistance for any reason like not speaking the language. With that being said, I'm giving 5 stars because it's a good idea but the "I am" button is broken in english and Portuguese. Not broken in German. Also, would be great to have customization options for new icons and sentences
