I love everything about Tammy Fit! I had tried other fitness apps & they just didn't compare to Tammy Fit. It has everything you could need to have a holistic fitness journey including guided meditations, Yoga, & stretch sessions. And the workouts are next level good! The food is delicious with so many tasty, nutritious recipes with options to be gluten & dairy free. But for me, the best part of the Tammy Fit Challenge was the online community & support. Great app. Very easy to use. Absolutely love the food count and the variety of meal ideas. Always able to find something in the workout section whether is quiet day for yoga or full body work out. Annoyed I didn't sign up sooner.

I was really excited before joining the challenge, but this app needs work. I wasn't even able to sync my daily steps. The time difference makes it challenging because someone will be ahead of you. I feel that chat should be consistent through the app, not facebook. The workouts are challenging, but I didn't feel the motivation to use this app. Maybe in the future, it will be better.

WARNING do not purchase app if you think in the future you will change phones you CANNOT transfer app between android to iOS and Tammy's team cannot help you. You will have to try to get a refund from Google play which is not easy to submit, and I may not get it so 94.00 may be down the drain!!!! Other than that I have enjoyed the app, but I feel scammed this is an expensive app, and I was charged for full year subscription upfront. Users BEWARE.

Please help 😭 I paid the subscription, but now it just says loading and closes the app. Either fix the problem or refund me!!!!
