Paid for a game but it did not download. Emailed Tech Support on 17 December. Received a reply from Vimeo that they would look into it as soon as possible. No further response as of 19 December. When I click on the receipt to watch the game, it takes me to the Tanager Sports site and says "Video coming soon". Very disappointing.
